About Suzanne:
Suzanne (Suzy) Brown received her undergraduate degree from Boise State University in psychology in 2007. She immediately relocated to Idaho Falls and started working at High Country Behavioral Health as a community based rehabilitation service specialist (CBRS). At the same time, she was attending Walla Walla University where she graduated with a social work master’s degree in 2010.
Suzanne enjoys working with all ages but focuses mostly on adults and adolescents. She utilizes a number of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, DBT, ACT, CBT, SFBT, as well as strength-based and person-centered approaches. She has extensive experience working with various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorders, borderline personality disorder. In addition, she has a strong interest in helping with faith transitions and LGBTQ concerns.
Suzanne strives to provide a warm and safe environment for her clients to work on their individual concerns, helping them to discover their strengths and empowering clients in their personal growth.
Suzanne has spent most of her life in Idaho and has lived in Eastern Idaho since 2008. She loves all things outdoors, being creative, and spending time with her extended family.
