About Sarah:
Sarah Thompson received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2017, and began working as a case manager with High Country Behavioral Health. While working at HCBH, Sarah began her graduate degree program in 2018 at the University of Phoenix. She graduated with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021.
Sarah believes in a holistic approach to healing, while using her understanding of the Enneagram, Reiki, Reflexology, Emotion Code, Internal Family Systems, and Shamanism. Sarah offers her clients a space to find peace, serenity, new-found insights, a deeper connection to self and source, and ultimately healing. Sarah encourages her clients to be empowered in their lives and develop a self-care routine that brings them a sense of peace, relaxation, self-love, and connection. She began her own personal journey years ago, which has led her to cultivating a deep spiritual connection and training in several alternative therapeutic modalities. These years of deepening her practice now gives her the great honor to hold space and guide others on their unique path of inner transformation and healing. Her services to the community bring a variety of practices for others to deepen their personal relationship with their mind, body, spirit, and soul.
