About Sarah:

Sarah Clark received her undergraduate degree from Weber State University in Psychology with a minor of Neuroscience. Sarah went on to earn a Master of Counseling degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University in 2024. During her internship, Sarah worked at the Pocatello Counseling Clinic and the ISU Career Center providing mental health and career counseling services to members of the community in Pocatello and students of ISU. Sarah is passionate about mental health and using a holistic approach to help clients develop greater overall wellness. 

Sarah strives to empower clients to work towards personal growth and to help clients identify personal values and engage in life in rich and meaningful ways. She uses interventions Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based treatment modalities in work with her clients. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, playing board games with friends and family, and caring for her 6 betta fish.
