About Rebecca:

Rebecca, a graduate in psychology from the University of Wyoming, is currently advancing her education with a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Rebecca's passion for helping others heal, grow and reclaim their power stems from both her academic background and her own personal experiences. Having navigated her recovery from a traumatic brain injury, she has developed a deepened empathy that strengthened her commitment to the mental health field.
Rebecca's approaches counseling with a focus on resilience, emotional regulation, and personal transformation. She is dedicated to meeting clients at their current stage, blending evidence-based techniques with mindfulness and self-care practices tailored to each individual's goals.
Alongside her academic pursuits, Rebecca volunteers as Victim Advocate with the Rawlins Police Department, where she offers support and resources to those in crisis. Additionally, she volunteers with Pet Partners, merging her love for animals with her passion for service. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Rebecca embraces sustainable living, enjoys raising chickens, and finding balance through simple, grounding routines.
Rebecca is committed to advocating for mental health awareness and empowering others to face life's challenges with strength, compassion, and hope.
