About Mark:
Mark Jaggi has worked in the mental health field since 1988 primarily in Utah and Wyoming. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah State University and a master’s degree in social work from Brigham Young University.
He uses a variety of psycho-therapeutic and evidence-based approaches; including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and play therapy. He has worked a great deal with couples struggling in their relationships. He has worked with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief related issues, and substance abuse.
Mark believes that clients have self determination and direct the focus of therapy. He feels it very important to establish a strong therapeutic relationship allowing clients to feel at ease sharing difficult events and situations in their lives. He enjoys seeing the personal progress made leading to a healthier level of functioning.
