Kris has a passion for facilitating healing and growth in others; she believes when individuals have someone who believes in them, they in turn do better. Her specialty is supporting those undergoing difficult circumstances, particularly blended families going through divorce and assisting all members of the family as they navigate the divorce process.  Additionally, aiding both adults and children going through trauma and changes. Kris draws from a diverse tool therapeutic modality, including CBT, MI, SFT & Person-Centered Therapy, DBT, EMDR, Family and Play Therapy. She believes in a unique approach tailored to meeting the needs of everyone she works with. Kris feels the relationship between the therapist and the client should be natural and genuine based on trust.
