Kelsey ~ "I have always been a strong advocate in raising overall mental health awareness, including mental health disorders and hopefully combat the stigma that stubbornly adheres to the notion of seeking mental help. By raising awareness people become more aware of their own struggles giving them strength and encouragement to seek help. I want to provide guidance and assistance to individuals reaching out for mental health support, both for themselves and for their loved ones"
