Kelsee is deeply passionate about working with underrepresented populations, including individuals facing mental health challenges, addiction, those involved in the justice system, and survivors of domestic violence. Her commitment to this important work is driven by a desire to empower individuals who often feel overlooked and marginalized. By utilizing evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Kelsee strives to create safe and supportive environments for both group and individual therapy. Through these therapeutic modalities, Kelsee aims to foster resilience and instill hope, helping clients navigate their unique struggles and achieve meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
About Kelsee:
Kelsee is a dedicated member of the Evanston Soroptimist International Chapter and actively serves on the Uinta County COUCH board as well as representing the community as the Uinta County 211 Ambassador. Committed to giving back, Kelsee engages in various volunteer efforts to provide essential resources and support to those in need within her community. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a devoted family person, married with two wonderful daughters, and has a passion for animals. Kelsee also teaches undergraduate sociology and psychology courses at Western Wyoming Community College. In her personal time, she enjoys exploring video games, watching true crime and documentaries, and reading self-help non-fiction books.
