Carly's role involves providing clinical guidance, emotional support, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and stage of change. She assists clients in identifying triggers, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and establishing long-term goals that promote stability and well-being. Through this work, Carly strives to create a therapeutic environment that fosters trust, accountability, and resilience, recognizing that recovery is a deeply personal and ongoing process.

About Carly:

In her free time, Carly enjoys reading and has a particular fondness for dark romance and psychological thrillers, especially those with complex, morally gray characters and intense emotional themes. Carly is also an avid fan of classic literature—favorites include Wuthering Heights, Moby-Dick, and Jane Eyre—which she appreciates for their timeless storytelling and depth of character development. Beyond books, Carly loves spending time outdoors and finds peace in activities such as, fishing, hunting, and camping. Quality time with her family and her beloved pets is something she truly cherishes. Whenever she gets even a brief moment to rest, she happily takes the opportunity to sneak in a quick nap—it’s one of her favorite forms of self-care.
