About Beth:
Beth Moore is a Certified Mental Health Worker (CMHW), providing individual therapy, group mental health therapy, substance use and case management.
As a certified mental health worker, she is able to perform the application of human services or psychological theory and methods to the assessment, treatment or prevention of psychosocial dysfunction, disability or impairment, including emotional or mental disorders, under the supervision of a qualified clinical supervisor licensed in the state of Wyoming. The practice of a CMHW does not include assigning a diagnosis or acting as a primary treatment provider.
Beth is originally from Reno, Nevada but moved to Utah while she worked towards earing her bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Utah. She spent the next few years working closely with clients with autism and teens with complex trauma and behaviors. Beth likes to spend time getting to know each individual she works with to help them work towards genuine progress. This personalized approach allows her to tailor her guidance to each person.
In May of 2024, Beth made the move to live in the Star Valley. She has fallen in love with the slower Wyoming pace while she continues to pursue her master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky. Beth loves the new people she has met and can't wait to continue working with the people of Star Valley.
