Amanda has studied as a general therapist but enjoys working with children, couples, people struggling with life transitions, anger management, anxiety, and trauma. She believes in being in touch with our bodies and does a lot of mindfulness-type therapy to help connect to and find peace with our bodies.

Meet, Amanda Sasser! Amanda loves talking with people and meeting new faces. She is a pretty energetic person and loves to keep busy. Amanda says she enjoys playing the guitar, singing, doing art/crafts, and enjoy being outside. She loves being out in good weather--picnicking, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, walking, hammocking--anything you can do under the sun, she loves it! Amanda is married and has two cats. She and her husband both come from big families and spend much of their time with their siblings, nieces, and nephews.
